Qualifications
The selected candidate will have a BA/BS in Finance or Accounting and a CPA, CMA, or MBA. A minimum of eight years in accounting, financial analysis, budgeting and planning in a manufacturing, project-oriented environment is required. Candidates must be able to perform in depth analyses and review multiple business variables, both on a quantitative and qualitative level, analyze complex business problems, and identify business opportunities. Responsibilities
Todd Shipyards, a publicly traded ISO certified company with $120 million in annual revenues, is currently recruiting to fill the position of Manager, Financial Analysis. This position reports directly to the CFO and is tasked with understanding the key business drivers and their impact on business results. The individual will provide insight to management in support of decision-making, identify opportunities to improve financial/operating performance, and prepare interpretive results and recommendations to management. They will direct business planning and analyses.
