Qualifications
Candidates must be able to handle multiple tasks and have strong organizational skills. Must have excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills. Candidates must be bilingual in English & Spanish and be able to work extended hours. Must possess 2 years experience in industry related customer service, traffic and rates. Must have computer literacy including intermediate knowledge of PC systems (Word/Excel) and ATFI knowledge preferred. Perform related duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
Responsible for cargo being imported to United States. Would work with customers with issues such has traffic and rates.
