Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Acquire 1st level technical proficiency with, and knowledge of, our marine products.
Conduct industry trade research.
Development and execute marketing plans.
Generate new business prospects and close sales.
Grow new customer base.
Meet and exceed sales forecasts.
Participate in Team sales.
Customer Service Support.
Detailed record keeping of all contact communications.
Preparation, editing of proposals, pricing, power point presentations, and documents.
Maintain and enhance marketing collateral.
Trade show execution, presentations and international sales travel.
Skills and Experience:
Excellent interpersonal, organization and time management skills.
Excellent writing and speaking skills.
Proven sales experience.
Science or Engineering degree (Meteorology or Oceanography backgrounds are ideal).
Related high tech industry experience.
Solid Computer literacy.
Experience with ISO 9001 is an asset.
French or Spanish fluency is an asset.
