Qualifications
The successful person will be qualified to LLB level, with at least 5 years experience in dealing with international contracts. Have excellent spoken and written English and legal drafting skills. Preferably with an oil or shipping background. We welcome applications from UAE nationals who have the required qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities
reviewing contracts within tenders,
formulating subcontract, shipbuilding & agency agreements,
managing contractual issues,
providing legal support,
assist with debt recovery,
assist in contract negotiations
