Qualifications
• B Sc. In Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgical qualification or QA experience, plus sound knowledge of specifications and codes used in Energy sector.
• Has solid knowledge of PC Software practices such as (Windows, MS Office etc.).
• Familiar with purchasing materials in the oil & gas and refining industries.

Responsibilities
Inspection Coordinator shall:
1. Prepare and issue Inspection Request Order package to TPI, which includes the following:-
• Copy of Purchase Order.
• Copy of all referenced specification, data sheet and drawings.
• Inspection testing requirements.
2. Confirm that selected inspection level as per P.O. requirements are matching with TPI contract requirements.
3. Verify and ensure that all updated documents are provided to TPI, such as :
• Purchase Order Amendments.
• Copies of all revised procurement documents.
4. Notify TPI for the necessary information related to the details of test location such as (address, person to contact, telephone number, fax number).
5. Prepare and update Inspection Request Order status report, the content as follows
• Project Number
• Purchase Order Number and relevant revisions.
• Brief of P.O. Description.
• Total P.O. values.
• Prime Supplier / Country
• Sub-supplier/Country
• IRO Number, date and relevant revisions.
• Cost of Inspection.
6. Maintain update TPI Inspection Invoices Register, the content as follows:
• Inspection Release Order (IRO) Number.
• Inspection cost.
• Invoice Number, date.
• Invoice values.
• Received / Approved Date.
• Final status of invoice (Closed, Under processing).
