Area of work: GM, Operations, Management, Fabrication, Engineering
EXPERIENCE OF:
1. Similar position in oil and gas industry preferably gained in Middle East
2. Managing a profitable organisation
3. Commercial management and marketing of an engineering facility
4. Sales and customer relationship management
5. Best practice people and commercial management
6. Management accounting and business performance analysis
7. Contract management in respect of projects of up to US$ 10m
8. Joint Venture and OEM relationship development and management
Responsibilities
POSITION PURPOSE:
Direct and manage all commercial and operational activities to achieve commercial growth targets and deliver added value throughout all areas of business activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Commercial management of business;
2. Provide leadership and guidance in the management of operational activities
3. Lead and ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of services to support delivery of optimum customer satisfaction;
4. Build the commercial management capabilities of to promote enhanced profitability and sustainable growth in net present value.
