Responsibilities
POSITION PURPOSE:
To ensure all operational aspects of the fabrication yard and associated on site contracts are managed in the most efficient and effective way. Responsible for the effective management of Engineering, Fabrication and Project Management functions
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage, monitor and maintain effective fabrication engineering design systems.
2. Manage, monitor and maintain effective systems for fabrication, erection, and installation activities.
3. Manage, monitor and maintain effective project management systems.
4. Manage and develop key personnel in engineering, fabrication and project management functions.
5. Ensure timely and accurate input into bid documents from engineering, fabrication and project management functions
6. Ensure efficient and effective use of manpower resources within the engineering, fabrication and project management activities / functions.
7. Ensure effective, timely and efficient intra - communication between the engineering, fabrication and project management functions and inter – communication between these functions and all other functions of the organization.
