Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position has to run a small stand-alone workshop business including handling Sales.
1. Responsible for efficiently managing following workshops
A. Electrical Shop
B. Valve Shop
C. Machine Shop including Surface Engineering
D. Rotating Equipment (dealing with pumps, compressors etc)
E. Instrumentation Calibration Shop
2. Direct and organise the resources of various departments under his control for planning, instigation and advising on service, operations and repair works
3. Manage jobs in accordance with applicable requirements, specifications and codes as agreed in the contract
4. Provide direction for operational maintenance activities
5. Utilise resources of the company to the best possible manner
6. Ensure that workshop personnel strictly adhere to Quality Assurance Programme
7. Monitor that ADYARD Safety Regulations are strictly adhered to avoid any mishap or personnel injury
8. Submit monthly Progress Report to GM
9. Perform any other duty assigned by GM
