Qualifications
Possession of a Class 1 Foreign Going Master’s Certificate is preferred, but a Class 2 Certificate may be acceptable. You will need to combine professionalism with leadership and communication skills. Shift working is an integral part of the duties.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work as part of a team of marine officers dealing with vessel movements in and out of the dock together with associated services to the vessels. The supervision of a team of Boatmen and Dockgatemen is a major feature of the duties of the post.
