Qualifications
In consultation with the Ship owner, the designated Crew Superintendent selects and engages
the command and crew of each vessel. There is strict adherence to internal Quality
Standards, full compliance with IMO, STCW and ISO requirements, and the manning
stipulations of the vessel and her registry.
Responsibilities
Our office is located in Odessa, Ukraine, - the main concentration point of marine human
resources, biggest ports in the Black sea areas. In Odessa for preparation of the Officers and
Marine Engineers there are State Maritime Academy, 4 State Marine colleges. For preparation
of the ratings there are 5 state marine schools. For preparation of the attendants, cooks,
waiters/waitresses and stewards/stewardesses there are 2 state marine schools. Also there
is a large state marine centre, in which seamen everyone 5 years pass retraining. Please email: sbl@te.net.ua
