Qualifications
Preferred qualifications: Degree in marine biology, biological oceanography, or related field. Familiarity with hard bottom communities, particularly corals, is preferred. Good analytical and writing skills are necessary. Excellent research, analytical, interpersonal, communication, and time management skills are needed. Ability to use personal computers and working knowledge of common software packages is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities: The successful applicant will participate in sampling surveys for a project in the Florida Keys. This position is for someone who is willing to spend substantial time in the field, primarily diving, and has the necessary skills to participate in the analysis and reporting phases of projects.
