<B>Development-oriented Sales Manager Denmark, Marine and Industry</B>

<B>The job</B>

The position is newly established and will gather the above-mentioned segments in one operational management function. It will be the overall responsibility of the sales manager to manage the sales force in Denmark and to further develop the efforts, partly in relation to Marine where the company has a market leader position, and partly in relation to Industry, where there are still plenty of opportunities for new thinking and growth.
<P>
The main tasks are to elaborate reasonable strategies, to target and conduct the sales efforts as well as to support the co-ordination of sales and technical support. You are to lead the development from sales of products to sales of solutions, implement efficient sales management and last, but not least inspire and coach a committed and loyal sales organisation.

You will refer to the General Manager of Hempel's North/East Europe area.

<B>Qualifications</B>
<BR>
The ideal candidate has a relevant advanced education (technical or commercial) and is today working successfully with sales and sales management in an international company. Your experience primarily includes sales of technical products (business-to-business) and originates from the packing or the chemical industry. You are between 30-50 years old, efficient and energetic, and represent a good mixture of competent business abilities and inspiring leadership. You focus on the results and are turned on by the demands for development and growth – at the same time creating the results through others by virtue of an open and delegating managerial style.
