Qualifications

Responsible for the recruitment, hiring and scheduling of Deck, Engine Officers and Crew for all NCL ships including our American flagged ships operating in Hawaii. This position will work closely with our Marine Operations Department and manning agents worldwide as well as seafarers from many cultures.

Responsibilities

• Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or equivalent.

• Experience:
To be a candidate for this position you must have experience in personnel management of maritime deck and engine officers and crew. Must also have experience with administration of union contracts and grievance procedures relating to vessel manning issues.

• Knowledge:
You must be familiar with U.S. and international maritime laws and regulations.

• Special Requirements:
A U.S. passport or U.S. labor certification is required.
