Qualifications
We expect our new sales manager to have qualifications such as:
• Documented sales management skills
• Good leadership qualities
• Good team building capabilities (internal and external towards our customers)
• Experience in the sales of marine equipment. For both positions we require an excellent knowledge of English as well as a good handling knowledge of software systems such as MS Excel, Word and Access.
Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced person who can enhance the high degree of marketing of our high performance rudder and steering gear range and be a motivating force within a growing team.
