Qualifications
We expect our new manager projects and contracts to have qualifications such as:
• Technical background, preferably as an engineer in the maritime sector
• Significant sales management skills
• Experience in project and contracting work
• Good communication skills (internal and external towards our customers)
For both positions we require an excellent knowledge of English as well as a good handling knowledge of software systems such as MS Excel, Word and Access.
Responsibilities
The position implies that you – with reporting to the Sales Manager and General Manager – will have responsibility of the daily operation of the project and contract activities within the sales team. You will be acting as an interface to the design division and support our marketing team.
The main tasks will be as follows:
• Review/analysis of all available project information
• Coordination of the project acitivities
• Continuous project monitoring
• Calculation of budget and detailed offers
• Contract handling
• Development and monitoring of budget and acitivity plans
• Preparation of business reports
