Qualifications

AMTI is currently seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a web and database developer for continuing improvement, development, and administration of an intranet based on Microsoft (MS) Sharepoint 2003 and several MS Access databases coded in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). In the future, this position will transition the MS Access databases to a web-based/web-enabled environment.

Responsibilities

Responsible for, but not limited to:

Defining requirements
Design and development
Managing data population
Training personnel
Maintenance of developed software
Supporting and mentoring personnel
Required Qualifications:

Must be proficient in MS Access design and development
Must be proficient in VBA for MS applications
Must possess a strong working knowledge of the MS Office suite
Must be proactive in identifying and solving problems
Must be capable of completing required tasks with minimal supervision
At least two or more years’ practical experience with:
MS Access 2003 with VBA programming
M S FrontPage 2003
MS Sharepoint 2003 WSS development
Microsoft.NET framework
Visual Studio.NET
SQL server 2000 development
