Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS: A. Experienced with diesel engines in locomotives, marine or stationary power. B. Previous customer interface C. Demonstrated ability to develop, deliver and ensure retention of technical training programs D. Proven hands on technical troubleshooting and maintenance E. Ability and willingness to travel globally F. High energy, self-starter with demonstrated leadership and teamwork capabilities. G. Greenbelt or blackbelt certified H. Spanish speaking preferred. I. B.S. degree or equivalent expereince.

Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide technical support and training to customers and distributors. Provide rapid response to product and warranty issues. Develop training programs, commercial (technical) literature, and product specifications. Monitor internal quality program, develop distributor quality processes, drive improvements in marine and stationary diesel engine reliability and durability.
