Qualifications
Basic professional profile:
<p>1. Excellent knowledge of the civil construction industry in Texas. 7+ years experience in TXDot procedures and methods.
<p>2. Experience in the delivery of major highway projects.
<p>3. Experience in managing major design and build bids.
<p>4. Experience in a prime contractor company.
<p>
Other desirable capabilities:
<p>1. Technical higher education or membership of a professional institution.
<p>2. Experience in Design Build (DB) projects especially at bid and delivery stage.
<p>3. Right attitude and desire to succeed.
<p>4. Availability to travel and/or live across the US.
<p>5. Spanish language will be highly desired but not required.

Duties:<p>
The required candidate will lead the Design and Construction Team from the bid to the delivery stage including the interface with the developer and other 3rd parties.
