Qualifications
: a bachelor's degree in an appropriate field or an equivalent combination of education and experience, plus at least a five-year successful track record in managing information technology and administrative functions.
Also requires excellent customer service, communication, problem solving and project leadership skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to manage multiple tasks, meet agreed upon time lines, and be comfortable in the role of a change agent.

Responsibilities
-- Port of Vancouver USA. Compensation expected to be in the $70K - $90K range, plus good benefits.
Duties: Reports to the Executive Director, supervises at least three technicians and administrators, and is responsible for information and computer services, strategic planning, purchasing, human resources, legal and special projects, administration, and other duties as assigned.
