Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience, plus at least a five-year successful track record in managing facilities and substantial construction projects.

Also requires excellent customer service, communication, problem solving and project leadership skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to manage multiple tasks and meet agreed upon time lines.

Responsibilities

Port of Vancouver USA. Compensation is expected to be in the $60K - $80K range, plus good benefits.

Duties: Reports to the Executive Director, supervises 30 to 35 maintenance, security and other personnel, and is responsible for maintenance and security of the port facilities, capital projects up to $50M to $100M, and other duties as assigned. Works closely with the Director of Marine Operations and the Director of Property and Development.
