Position provides customer service and account management, preparing documentation in accordance withregulatory requirements of federal agencies.- File documents with relevant agencies.- Open customer files, validation, credit and invoicing.- Collect supplementary information when required.- Answer requests from customers.- Identify business opportunities.- Identify customs profile discrepancies and make appropriate corrections.- Knowledge of export operations, laws and regulations.- Strong and proven customer service skills.- Good communication skills.- Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.- Good PC skills.- 2 years industry experience.- Knowledge of Fritz business products and service.- HAZMAT Certification an advantage.Qualified
