Qualifications

Develops innovative solutions to problems requiring regular use of analysis, evaluation,
design and programming skills. Conducts highly complex analysis and design for various
applications. Exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of
assignment. Advises and guides users and programming staff to define problems within
existing programs and initiate design of new applications.

Responsibilities

Requires a Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years experience, or 9 years direct, related
experience. As a recognized authority with broad knowledge of specialty with ability to
accomplish results and function as an advisor in meeting schedules or in resolving
complex problems. Well demonstrated presentation and document skills Extensive
knowledge and experience in a DoD environment with strong supervisory/management
