Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science plus four years experience, or six years
direct, related experience in computer applications programming. Professional
competence developing in single discipline or broadened specialized skills, requiring the
use of judgment. Experience in leading tasks, assisting in projects or proposal
preparation, and determining objectives. Plans, schedules and arranges own activities
in accomplishing objectives. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Requires
experience in a DoD environment with the ability to obtain and maintain a personnel
security clearance.

Responsibilities

Performs the difficult analysis, design, programming and modification of computer
programs for software products and/or customer applications. May perform the difficult
design, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex information
systems.
