Qualifications
The candidate will have five years experience as an avionics technician including two years recent experience on the IMUTS test station. The successful candidate will have achieved two years experience at the E6 level of responsibility within the military or equivalent, and be eligible for a Confidential Security Clearance. Candidate must be able to work on a project team interfacing with customer personnel.
Responsibilities
The M & T Company, a division of CDI Corporation, and a leader in providing our clients with high quality, cost effective engineering, design and logistics services in the aviation industry, is currently seeking an Inertial Measurement Unit Test Station (IMUTS) Maintenance Specialist for our Department of Defense client located at the Naval Air Facility Washington, DC.
The position entails working on a US Navy project team maintaining the IMUTS (AN/ASM-608) test station including associated Test Program Sets (TPS's), Adapter Groups, Weapons Replaceable Assemblies (WRA's) and Shop Replaceable Assembles (SRA's). Duties will include providing on-site proficiency training, technical guidance and information to Department of Defense military and civilian personnel on the operation and maintenance of the IMUTS test station.
