We are interested in cooperating with your company in recruitment of Ukrainian seamen for your vessels. IMMA Ltd has been dealing with crewing for 5 years. The data bank includes more than 4000 seamen who have enough experience in service for foreign flag vessels and all of them are licensed in accordance with IMO requirements. All crew provided is well trained, qualified and firmly committed to their ship. All officers have their internationally recognized licenses, and all watch keeping ratings are in possession of the necessary STCW certificates. An alcohol and drug-screening programmer is compulsory for all employees. The sea staff offered is guaranteed against alcohol consumption and has good recommendations from their previous hirers. We will be glad to cooperate with the broker companies, which are capable to advance the Ukrainian seamen to the international market.
