Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
At least five years professional business experience in the transportation industry with at least two years with automated information systems.
Ability to analyze business procedures accurately and completely and to define them in written and graphical form; thorough knowledge of spreadsheet, relational database and desk-top publishing software. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
