Qualifications
Naval Architect - Todd Pacific Shipyard is currently interested in hiring a naval
architect. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing calculations and
designs for achievement of project objectives in a production oriented engineering
department. The successful candidate will possess a BSE in naval architecture or ocean
engineering and will have extensive computer knowledge including Auto-CAD, Windows and
Excel.
Responsibilities
Candidate must be familiar with both strutural analysis and vessel stability. Candidate
must also possess familiarity with the Navy, Coast Guard and Regulatory bodies. Excellent
interpersonal skills a must as the position requires constant interaction with all departments at
all levels of the organization as well as outside customers.
