Overview
The Harbour at Hanstholm is the most recent in Denmark, and is a modern fishing and commercial harbour. The first section of the harbour was opened in September 1967. -In the years following inauguration, Hanstholm has developed to become Denmark's largest landing place for consumer fish of the highest quality.
Fishing vessels from 12 different nations land their catches at Hanstholm. -The harbour is supplied with app. 60.000 tons of fresh fish yearly, half of which is landed by foreign vessels. Every year the harbour is visited by app. 35.000 fishing vessels.
Located in the harbour area can be found all the service facilities a vessel might be in need of day or night.
