Loading capacity (assessed) at the terminals of the Freeport of Riga accounts for 20 million tonnes per annum.

More than 80% of carges handled at the Freeport of Riga is in transit to/from the CIS.

Main types of cargo handled at the Freeport of Riga are containers, various metals, timber, coal, mineral fertilisers, chemical cargoes, oil and food products.
