<DIV>Piraeus, Greece, July 21, 2010 - Navios Maritime Partners L.P. ("Navios
Partners") (NYSE: NMM), an owner and operator of dry cargo vessels, announced
today the appointment of Michael Sarris to its Board of Directors. <BR
clear=all><BR clear=all>Mr. Michael Sarris previously was the Minister of
Finance of the Republic of Cyprus from September 2005 to March 2008. Prior to
that he has been a Director of the World Bank where he has served for 29 years.
Mr. Sarris holds a bachelor degree in Economics from the London School of
Economics and a Doctorate in Economics from Wayne State University. <BR
