design is ideally suited for any subsea application that requires
2000-5000ft-lbs of torque.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">&nbsp; </SPAN>The
Class V adapter has both latching and non-latching configurations that are
available in the design. </FONT></P>

operations and since the Class V adapter does not require an electric or
hydraulic interface, it can be left in place while the Class IV Torque Tool
