ANNOUNCEMENT NO. 2 – 2011 15 February 2011 Annual General Meeting 2011 With reference to Clause 5.3 of the Articles of Association of TORM and Section 90(3) of the Companies Act, the Board of Directors of TORM has decided that the Annual General Meeting of 2011 will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, 14 April 2011, at Radisson Blu Falconer Hotel & Conference Center, Copenhagen.
