Euroseas Ltd. Declares Quarterly Dividend, and Sets Date for the Release of Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2010 Results, Conference Call and Webcast

February 16, 2011 - Euroseas Ltd., (NASDAQ:ESEA) an owner and operator of drybulk carriers and container vessels and provider of seaborne transportation for dry bulk and containerized cargoes, announced today that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.06 per common share for the fourth quarter of 2010. The dividend is payable on March 11, 2011 to all shareholders of record as of March 1, 2011. This is the 22nd consecutive quarterly dividend since the company accessed the capital markets in August 2005.
Furthermore, the company announced today that it will release its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2010, on Tuesday, February 22, 2011, before the market opens in New York. The same day, Tuesday, February 22, 2011, at 8:00 am EST, the Company's management will host a conference call and webcast to discuss the results.
