Partners") (NYSE: NMM), an owner and operator of dry cargo vessels, announced
today that it has priced its follow-on public offering of 4,000,000 common
units, which represent limited partnership interests, at $19.68 per unit. Navios
Partners has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase an additional
600,000 common units to cover over-allotments, if any. Navios Partners expects
to use the net proceeds from the public offering to fund its fleet expansion
and/or for general partnership purposes. The offering is expected to close on
April 13, 2011. <BR><BR>Navios Partners' common units trade on the New York
