PCCI, Inc. (Alexandria, Virginia) is pleased to announce that Mr. Vincent Smith has joined the engineering staff in their Alexandria office as a civil engineer. He is responsible for ocean facility engineering and construction management. Mr. Smith brings to PCCI experience providing support to VDOT’s Fredericksburg District as an engineering technician, founding and operating an Iron Fabrication Firm, and serving as head engineering technician for Geofreeze, Inc. He possesses a bachelors of civil engineering from Old Dominion University, and associates degrees in civil engineering and land surveying from Northern Virginia Community College.
