ATHENS, Greece, May 6, 2011 – Crude Carriers Corp. (NYSE: CRU) announced today that it will
release financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2011, before the market opens in New
York on Friday, May 13, 2011. The Company will also declare a cash dividend for the first quarter
2011 at that time.
Following the earnings release, on the same day, Friday, May 13, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. EDT, the Crude
Carriers management team will hold a conference call to discuss the financial results.
