(NASDAQ: ESEA), an owner and operator of drybulk and container carrier vessels and provider of seaborne transportation for drybulk and containerized cargoes, announced today that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held at the offices of Seward & Kissel LLP, One Battery Park Plaza, 23rd Floor, New York, New York 10004 on Friday, June 24, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. EDT. Shareholders of the Company as of the close of business on May 23, 2011, the "record date," will be entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting or any adjournment thereof.
Euroseas also announced today that its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2010 has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and may be accessed through the company website www.euroseas.gr at the investor relations section under Annual Reports.
