face=Tahoma>-built</P>
<P align=left>Panamax dry bulk carrier it acquired for a purchase price of $31.4
million, which the Company had previously</P>
<P align=left>announced on May 3, 2011.</P>
<P align=left>The M/V </FONT></FONT><FONT size=1 face=Tahoma><FONT size=1
face=Tahoma>“Moon Globe” was built at </FONT></FONT><FONT size=1
face=Tahoma><FONT size=1 face=Tahoma>Hudong-Zhonghua Shipyard in China and has a
carrying capacity of 74,432</P>
<P align=left>DWT. Following delivery, the vessel will be chartered back to a
Gleamray Maritime Inc. guaranteed nominee until</P>
<P align=left>June 2013 at a rate, net of commissions, of $18,000 per day.</P>
<P align=left>Following this acquisition, the fleet of Globus comprises of six
modern dry bulk carriers with a total carrying</P>
