two models of its popular 2D Imaging Sonar systems with Series 2 ("S2")
electronics. The P450-45 and the P900-45 now have improved ranges and deliver
higher quality imagery. The S2 electronics package, already installed in several
BlueView systems delivers improved signal to noise performance that increases
detection ranges by nearly 2X and delivers better image quality. </P>
<P>"Our P450-45 and P900-45 customers should see a dramatic improvement in both
the range and image quality over the previous models. The extended range of the
P450-45 (250 m/820 ft.), puts it into a new category of long-range, real-time
imaging sonar, and will be a key factor for many new customers" stated Steve
Chapman, BlueView’s Vice President of Sales and Business Development. Look for
the new "BlueView S2 Powered" label on updated models. </P>
