Experts for Experts International AG (e4e), the world’s leading
international
global management consulting and executive search network focused
on the
transport and logistics industry has been joined in September by
three
additional partner firms. They are based in Romania, India and
Brazil. This
brings the shareholder total to 16.
Basel, October 4th, 2011. The success
story of Experts for Experts International AG
(e4e) continues. e4e is proud to announce that three new
shareholders have joined
the international global management consulting and executive
search network with
immediate effect. These are Wolfgang Klaar, an Austrian national
from Bucharest
based Donau Consult srl (http://donauconsult.ro), Benu Malhotra
from Delhi based
SCAC Consultants (www.scac.in), and Peter Mason and Joao Guilherme
Araujo from
Sao Paulo based Talent Solution. In India Benu Malhotra heads a
very successful,
dominantly female team, quite an achievement in the male dominated
transport and
logistics industry. Partner companies of the e4e network have
worked together with
the new members on some individual assignments and have tested
their abilities to
meet the network’s
standards.
“The new members will substantially
strengthen the e4e network in Eastern Europe
and the BRIC countries. e4e’s development closely follows that of its clients. The
network members have had a strong focus on the dynamic markets of
the BRIC
countries and Eastern Europe for some time,” explains Santiago Tarin, President of
the Executive Board of Experts for Experts International AG.

positioning itself to assist its clients even more effectively by
admitting partners that
can solve the local challenges in these markets. The continuing
enlargement of our
partner network underlines e4e’s ability to find the right solution for its
clients. It also
confirms the attraction of the network and its leading position in
the executive search

continues so too does
the globalisation of e4e,” adds Santiago Tarin.
e4e has held its 34th partner meeting in Milan (Italy) on 28 and
29 September to
welcome the new members and discuss the network’s future expansion strategy,
current and future challenges of the executive search business,
competition from
social media as well as strategies for quality consistency and
continuous quality
improvements. The meeting was rounded off by a successful customer
event and a
debate in the Press Club at the historical Circulo Della Stampa
venue. The 35th e4e
partner meeting will be held in January 2012 in Frankfurt
