formation of a new Joint Venture Company, EGS Metocean Sound Sciences
(MSS).<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>The Joint Venture Company
brings together the </SPAN><SPAN
style="mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial">extensive
experience of <SPAN style="COLOR: #262626">both </SPAN>CSA and EGS in conducting
large, technical marine surveys, including oceanographic programs
