International WorkBoat Show.<SPAN> </SPAN>It was recognized for its
“bruiser-type traditional Great Lakes tugs design and look – and the fact that
it’s the first newbuild project for … Donjon Shipbuilding & Repair,” a
wholly owned subsidiary of Donjon, <SPAN> </SPAN>according to
<I>WorkBoat.</I><SPAN> </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></P>

completed last April by Donjon Shipbuilding & Repair, LLC in Erie,
Pennsylvania, for SEAJON, LLC;<SPAN> </SPAN>a partnership between Donjon
and SEACOR Holdings Inc. The 10,700</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN><SPAN
style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt">
</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'">Horsepower
ATB works in conjunction with a 34,000-ton capacity self unloading bulk cargo
barge named the <I>Lakes Contender</I> which will be completed in the early
spring of 2012.<SPAN> </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></P>
