DONJON SHIPBUILDING ATB NAMED 'SIGNIFICANT BOAT OF 2012' AT WORKBOAT SHOW

Sr</I>. selected as one of the 10 most &#8220;Significant Boats in 2012&#8221; at the 2011
International WorkBoat Show.<SPAN>&nbsp; </SPAN>It was recognized for its
&#8220;bruiser-type traditional Great Lakes tugs design and look &#8211; and the fact that
it&#8217;s the first newbuild project for &#8230; Donjon Shipbuilding &amp; Repair,&#8221; a
wholly owned subsidiary of Donjon, <SPAN>&nbsp;</SPAN>according to
<I>WorkBoat.</I><SPAN>&nbsp; </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></P>
<P style="MARGIN-BOTTOM: 12pt"><SPAN><SPAN
style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'">The <I>Ken Boothe, Sr.</I> was
completed last April by Donjon Shipbuilding &amp; Repair, LLC in Erie,
Pennsylvania, for SEAJON, LLC;<SPAN>&nbsp; </SPAN>a partnership between Donjon
and SEACOR Holdings Inc. The 10,700</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN><SPAN
style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Calibri','sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt">
</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'">Horsepower
ATB works in conjunction with a 34,000-ton capacity self unloading bulk cargo
barge named the <I>Lakes Contender</I> which will be completed in the early
spring of 2012.<SPAN>&nbsp; </SPAN></SPAN></SPAN></P>
