Corp. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: SHIP) announced today that it will release its
results for the fourth quarter and twelve months ended December 31, 2011 before
the market opens in New York on Wednesday, February 15, 2012. 
On the same day, Wednesday, February 15, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. EST, the
Company’s management team will host a conference call to discuss the financial
results.
