The Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) Board of Directors is
pleased to announce a partnership with IBP - Instituto Brasileiro de Petróleo,
Gás e Biocombustíveis (the Brazilian Petroleum, Gas, and Biofuels Institute,
IBP) for OTC Brasil, 8-10 October 2013 in Rio de Janeiro.

“The inaugural OTC Brasil in 2011 was a great accomplishment,” said Steve
Balint OTC chairman. “By partnering with IBP, which has been operating in
Brazil for more than 50 years, OTC hopes to further the success and reach more
industry professionals and exhibiting companies.”

The combination of the OTC Board of Directors, representing 13
technical associations, and IBP will create a dynamic partnership to provide our
attendees and exhibitors a major and important event that adds value to their
businesses and careers. The technical program for OTC Brasil will focus on
deepwater developments, a key initiative of the Brazilian Government, since the
big Pre-salt discoveries in 2007. Having the world's deepwater experts gathered
together in Brazil will enable an excellent exchange of ideas and technology
know-how.

“IBP is pleased to join OTC to bring the premier deepwater and offshore event
to the growing market in Brazil, said João Carlos de Luca, President of IBP.

De Luca added, “As the main representative organization of the
Brazilian oil & gas industry, counting with the support of its 220 associate
companies (including Petrobras), IBP wishes to bring together all the major
players and suppliers of this segment to a high level offshore conference in the
OTC Brasil 2013”

The first OTC Brasil event was organized in conjunction with Quest Offshore
Resources. “We sincerely appreciate the work of Quest Offshore Resources
in helping OTC develop our first ever OTC event in Brazil” noted Steve
Balint.
