(May 7, 2012)-- Dachser Transport of America Inc. (Dachser USA), the U.S.
division of one of the world's leading global logistics service providers,
</SPAN><SPAN>announced that Dachser has established a joint venture in
Malaysia to continue its global network expansion.</SPAN></P>

<P style="MARGIN-TOP: 0px; MARGIN-BOTTOM: 0px"><SPAN>The new company,
Dachser Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., is a joint venture between Dachser and
Malaysian entrepreneur Ah Seng Tan, who also maintains holdings in
Multitrans and Megalift. The head office is based in Petaling Jaya, near
Kuala Lumpur, and there are plans to open a second branch office. Dachser
Malaysia initially will employ 15 people and offer air and sea freight
forwarding, customs clearance, special projects and third-party logistics
services.</SPAN></P>

enables us to develop both international and inner-Asian freight services
for the benefit of our customers," said Thomas Reuter, managing director
Dachser Air & Sea Logistics. "Thanks to years of experience and sound
knowledge of the local markets, our joint venture partner provides access
to established local contacts and in-depth knowledge from the word

immediately seek to expand its service portfolio in the Asia-Pacific
basin. The company now has branch offices in Bangladesh, Malaysia, China,
Hong Kong, India, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand, and expects
to open an office in Vietnam in June. Dachser recently announced its
growth strategy for the international Dachser Air & Sea Logistics
business, with a goal to expand its presence to 220 locations in 49
countries by 2017. </SPAN></P>
