The Hancock County Port and Harbor Commission serves as the Economic Development Authority, Port Authority, and Airport Authority for Hancock County, Mississippi, operating the Port Bienville Industrial Park, Port Bienville Short Line Railroad, and Stennis International Airport/Airpark.

The Port & Harbor Commission offers industrial and light industrial sites of up to 400 acres in both an industiral park and business park. The industrial park includes a shallow-draft port, short line rail services to the CSX main line, on-site medical clinic, training center, emergency response services, and 24-hour security. Gulf Opportunity Zone incentives provide either access to State bonds or accelerated depreciation for new and expanding businesses locacting in the County.
