United Airlines announces the launch of its first Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft with an elevated interior featuring new Polaris Studio suites and enhanced passenger amenities.

United Airlines has announced the launch of its first Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft featuring a premium cabin upgrade, according to a press release from the company. The new 'Elevated Interior' configuration includes United's first-ever Polaris Studio suites, offering passengers increased privacy, more spacious seating, and larger seatback screens with Bluetooth connectivity. 'We're thrilled to introduce our latest and most premium aircraft to our customers,' said United's Chief Commercial Officer. 'The 787-9 Dreamliner with Elevated Interior represents our commitment to providing a best-in-class travel experience, especially for our business and premium leisure travelers.' The new Polaris Studio suites will be available in United's Polaris business class, offering sliding privacy doors, lie-flat seating, and direct aisle access. Economy class passengers will also benefit from roomier seats and larger inflight entertainment displays. Tickets for flights on the new 787-9 Dreamliner are now available for booking, the company announced. The aircraft is expected to enter service on key international routes from United's hubs later this year. This upgrade comes as United and other major airlines work to differentiate their premium cabin products and attract high-yield business travelers in the post-pandemic recovery. The investment in the 787-9's interior reflects the airline's focus on enhancing the passenger experience for its most valuable customers.
